Neil has released 7 albums - 2 solo albums and 5 with his trio.
The trio have worked regularly in the London Jazz scene including Ronnie Scott's and across the U.K.
European appearances include the International Jazz Festival in Trieste as part of an Italian tour and at various venues in France.

In 2007 the Neil Angilley Trio recorded their 1st album, 'Havana Club'

Composed by Neil Angilley, the trio's 3rd recording, ‘The Lake District' is a symphonic work, an eclectic mix of Jazz & Classical music for Piano, Electric Bass & Drums.
The piece is written in 9 movements which are a musical description of the beautiful Lake District in England. The work is dedicated to children’s author and conservationist Beatrix Potter who donated a lot of her land to the National Trust. This composition draws on influences from great British classical composers such as Elgar & Vaughan Williams.
Released in April 2021, Yambou is the 4th Album by the Neil Angilley Trio. Yambou is a fusion of Latin, Jazz & Funk with a touch of flavour from the East.

In July 2023 Neil released a 6th album, this time a solo piano album. This recording is Neil's interpretation of his book of Preludes (available in the online shop) written and published in 2023
These pieces for piano are inspired by the time I spent studying piano and composition at The Royal College of Music. Influenced by Claude Debussy and Erik satie, the Romantics such as Frédéric Chopin and Sergei Rachmaninoff and the Eastern European composers such as Béla Bartók and Bedrich Smetana.
Their 2nd recording is 'Chango' and is a tribute to the people of Yoruba. It is the music, spirit, culture and their God, Chango, that was the inspiration for making this album.
Chango was voted best album of the year by French Magazine - Mundo Latino.

In 2022 the trio released their 5th album.
Recorded live at the 606 Club during one of their regular shows at the club. The 606 was where the trio was originally formed making it's debut performance at the club.
The 606 Club originated as a small 30 seater basement venue at 606 Kings Road. It cultivated a solid reputation through the 70’s and 80’s amongst musicians and audiences as the jazz hang-out and in May 1988 it moved to its present basement site at 90 Lots Road.
With over an hour of music, this live album showcases the trio at it's very best.

Released September 1, 2026 Back To Yesteryear was Neil's 7th album. The album was inspired by looking back in time to the Jazz Funk music of the 70s, 80s & 90s. Musical influences are so important, as without them we start with nothing.
This was the 1st recording I have made playing drums as well as Keyboards. After playing the drums for 4 years I wanted to approach this album from a drummer’s perspective.
As artists and musicians, we spend thousands of hours obsessing over our predecessors’ & peers’ music, hoping we can absorb something from their artistry into our own musical DNA.
Instead of sitting down at the keyboard and composing as I normally would, I have generally started the writing process from the groove! It's been a very enjoyable album to write and record and has been a journey of musical discovery. If you tell me this tune or that tune is reminiscent of... then I've achieved my goal!
